My experience at MENDOCINO TAX was very pleasant! I love what they have done in their office. It’s very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Alma, Elfego, and Yuliana are very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t TRUST anyone else to do my TAXES!
THANK YOU AGAIN!! 🙂

Alma was extremely helpful during our consultation. I have been relying on her expertise for years and will seek her assistance in the future.

If you’re looking for a tax preparer I highly recommend Yuliana. She is the best tax preparer I have ever worked with. Iv sent my friends and family with her and we have all had the same great experience. We will definitely be going back every year!

Terrible experience, this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They obviously screen their phone calls so that they don’t have to deal with their employees mistakes and don’t want to take accountability. I’ve reported this business to the Better Business Bureau because of their unprofessional attitude. I don’t even rate them a 1. But they don’t give an option of 0.

I had a terrible experience with them sadly. They lost my w-2 and I was constantly ignored when I tried to reach them. It’s been a couple a weeks since I was supposed to recieve my taxes and I haven’t gotten gotten them yet. Very dissapointed.
