Simone is a world-class instructor and the studio is clean and state of the art. I am so grateful to have this amazing pilates training here in Mendocino!

Love this place! I’m here for the winter & am so happy to have found a pilates studio right in town. Simone is a great teacher (and I’m pretty picky about my teachers!) whose classes are well planned and her cueing is spot on. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran, give this place a try. You won’t be sorry!
