To describe how awesome this place and staff are here is indescribable! They make you feel welcomed, loved, and cared for! They are so awesome and made me feel so supported when it came to confirming my pregnancy. They continue to check in with you even after you established care elsewhere and offer learning courses that then lead to awesome prizes for momma and baby!

The ladies that work here are nothing short of amazing! I was so greatful to have the help and support of them. They not only were there everystep of my pregnancy but continue to check in after the baby was here! I can’t say enough about the clinic or the ladies that work here!!

This is one of my favorite places in Mendocino county. Such a relaxing, peaceful office with the most pleasant staff you can find. It is discreet, clean, friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are humble and kind women here. Please consider this facility first!

Deceptive advertising and practices. Their website implies you can obtain full medical services here but once you get there they change that tune very quickly. Apparently they are known by other offices to do this, wish they would just be upfront with what services they provide instead of trying to trick women into coming in thinking they will have full access to abortion services.
Edit to add: As you can see from the response to this review they can’t even be bothered to get a first name right. It truly shows how little they care about their patients. And they do not, in fact, provide any referrals, that’s a lie.

I visited this clinic for the first time today and was impressed. The staff seemed kind and like they genuinely cared about me. I like how they focus on a woman’s emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing and wanted to make sure I was well-informed. I’d definitely come here again!
