MCHC me in to see a dr for an infected foot wound that had red streaks moving up my leg. I am extremely grateful, as my Adventist primary dr wouldn’t see me for 2 weeks and I would have been dead from sepsis by then. Advice to go to the ER for something urgent care can deal with is a recipe for bankruptcy for Adventist, since Medicare reimbursement is so low. The state of health care in America is pathetic and I hope everyone votes for universal health care for all. Tiffany Hood was wonderful! Thank you again!

REALLY I was upset how my doctor had me go to Hillside Clinic to have a page and half signed to get IHSS help as I have no family and no one to help me after my operation and Hillside Clinic would not help me but sent me to Willits Howard Memorial Hospital, wasting gas, my time, my money as I had to spend $60 to go, eat, come home and so I ran around for almost 2 weeks and who knows how many phone calls just for each person saying they can’t help me and having me go somewhere else!!!!
Not to mention 4 times to Social Services that kept telling me call Partnership that said Social Services does IHSS!!!!
After all I did everything everyone said to do the IHSS coordinator when I called to see where I am if they are going to help me, she said I was denied after all I had to do and go through and was very rude to me and I told her if I treated her the way everyone treated me you all would hung up on me or refused me service and it is not right for people that you are asking help from treat you like dirt and be rude and you have to hold your tongue and be patient just because you have no one to rely on for help but thank God for my church the River Church of Ukiah that is trying to help me as best as they can because all don’t seem to care!!!!

Anna is the best therapist I’ve over had. I have really enjoyed the care I’ve gotten from her over the last couple years. She helps me find the words to my feelings and understanding why I react to things the way I do.
