I saw Dr. Matossian while he was working in Ketchum, Idaho. He was a nice guy, very professional, and seemingly sharp. However, I was most impressed with his notes that I later found in the portal. They were by far the most thorough and helpful notes of any Dr I have seen. Unfortunately, when I called to schedule another appointment with him, I learned that he had moved on. From my one and only interaction with him though, I was quite impressed and would not hesitate recommending him.

The doctor is excellent. The staff is not. His staff needs to be on the same page. Three different staff members tell me three totally different things. The staff needs better training or to communicate to each other on what the doctor directs patients to do.
