I recently went to Mares Tax Services to have my taxes prepared, and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. Mr. Pierre, who assisted me with my tax preparation, was excellent at his job. His explanation of the process was thorough and easy to understand. The receptionist was also very friendly and attentive, providing top-notch customer service.
I would highly recommend Mares Tax Services to anyone in need of tax preparation services. They are professional, efficient, and truly care about their clients. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Mares Tax Services, for your exceptional service!

Unfortunately, I visited your establishment recently and was disappointed by the receptionist’s behavior. Upon entering, I observed her engaged in gossip with another person while ignoring my presence. She did not promptly inform me about the long wait line. As a customer, I felt unheard and frustrated. What a waste of time it was visiting here.

What a professional service!!! Diana was so empathic with us, she take her time to explain every single thing on my taxes, (nobody did that before). I really recomend their service.
Amazing bilingual appointment.
