I can’t say enough good things about Madrone of Maltas Construction. From start to finish, Madrone and Zaul exceeded every expectation Kevin and I had. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. The quality of their craftsmanship is exceptional, and it’s obvious they take great pride in every aspect of their work.
What impressed me most was how well Madrone communicated throughout the entire project. He kept me informed every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would, and treated my home with care and respect. It’s rare to find a contractor who is incredibly skilled but also genuinely trustworthy.
I recommend Maltas Construction without hesitation to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time. They’ve earned my trust completely, and I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone else for future projects.

We were so impressed with Maltas Construction that after our kitchen remodel, we hired them again for not one, but two bathroom remodels. That says everything about the quality of their work and the trust we have in them.
They are extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and provide excellent communication throughout the entire process. They are also exceptional tile and masonry craftsmen, with incredible attention to detail and pride in their work. The tile work in our home is absolutely beautiful and truly sets their craftsmanship apart.
It’s hard to find a contractor who is reliable, honest, and consistently delivers high-quality work, but Maltas Construction does exactly that. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Maltas Construction built my new house from the ground up after the fires. They were very concerned about time management and completing on time. Always asked for my input decisions on design questions and or ideas. Very attentive and detail oriented. Will hire Madrone and Maltas Construction for any of my future projects.

Extremely happy with the deck Madrone did for us.
He is a perfectionist and does excellent work. Was always here at the crack of dawn and was a worked hard all day.
Was great at communicating if he had any questions or came across any problems he would call me immediately. He had to take the time to replace a portion of the foundation support beam which took a little extra time but he did an excellent job and worked with me on price on the extra damages he found. In the coming months I will have him replace the sun sails I’ve added with a huge pergola it finish my dream deck…

Madrone Maltas and Tucker Morninglight exceeded our expectations on rebuilding our 2nd story deck with an added outside staircase. They also removed two windows and replaced the exterior siding and sheet rocked the interior wall. Replaced a slider door with french doors.
Always showed up first thing in the morning and worked hard all day, cleaning up before leaving.
Their attention to detail was exceptional.
They were very nice and easy to work with.
