Highly recommended coming here for some fresh unique Guatemalan food!
My wife and I were excited to find Shucos in Redwood City since we both enjoyed them so much in our trips to Guatemala. What we did not expect was the freshness and quality of the food this place makes. All the meat was prepared to order over hot grilled and you can tell that the chiefs have some serious cooking skills.
