I have been going here for a bit over a year now after not having gone to a dentist for over 10+ years. I had some very bad experiences in my youth and put it off for a very long time. I am amazed at how professional the team is and how great of a job Paige did. Luckily I had no cavities but I did need a deep cleaning which I was dreading because who wants to have a needle in their gums. Unlike my experiences 10 years ago where I felt like they were playing Battleship in my mouth and I kept screaming miss, miss while trying to not reach up and grab the syringe to do it myself, Paige nailed it the first time and wow my teeth felt amazing a couple days later. I feel like my teeth are more secure which I had not really noticed how loose they felt until after which was a trip. I now go back for regular cleanings so I can avoid having to deal with needles in my mouth and every time is a pleasure. Front staff are friendly and helpful and handled my insurance with ease which was a first. Usually there is always some quirk to insurance from my experience but nope I got my reimbursement check back from my insurance without a hitch. I have recommended them to family and friends and I look forward to the visit rather than put my head in the sand. It is amazing how nice it is to have smooth clean secure teeth.

Had my first initial visit today with Dr Ong. It was wonderful! He entered the room and warmly greeted me, shook my hand and said how glad he was to meet me. They gave me an estimate for some filling replacements and after insurance my cost is under $300. His staff was lovely, too
