Stayed at the RV park. We got assigned spot 5 that had a big tree trunk right by our door and all the sites are under trees so our starlink was a little spotty. Otherwise hookups were great and shower wasn’t bad. I’ve showered in worse. Restaurant was good! The garlic fried brussel sprouts are a must get!! Added their lunch menu for ya since I couldn’t find a menu online anywhere.

The rooms could beupdated, they haven’t changed much over the past decades. But they are clean, quiet and all I need. The service is warm with both dinner, take-away sandwiches and breakfast are available in the lodge.

If you are on a trip to explore Lassen, this motel and restaurant is a must try. Close to the park and serve great food and a lot of opinions of ice cream. The chief is nice even we arrived after their kitchen close(7:30 pm) they still prepared meal for us. Fresh air and refreshed mind for a new day towards north~

Such a hidden gem if you are needing a place to stay when visiting Lassen National Park! While it appears dated, it has a rustic charm and complete silence. We had nothing to eat all day and the restaurant was closed, but they offered to make us sandwiches anyways — super kind people working there! Shower was clean, and very strong water pressure. Comfortable and clean beds.

Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Rooms are very dated and musty smelling. I get its in the mountains but update is needed. Get with the times and add some wifi to the rooms. I think they even turn off the wifi at the restaurant when its not open. Tried to connect before breakfast. Started working right at 8am. No wifi or cell coverage in rooms
