I had the pleasure of meeting DANICA at the Eureka Kohls Friday afternoon. I came in looking for an online order I believed was ready. I had all my emails and QR codes at the ready. After much searching through all their bins she had more info on the item and it showed that it hadn’t made it to the store yet ! She took the time to search the store database and was more than helpful. It’s always a breath of fresh air to find an employee with such great customer service skills. Again, her name is Danica and she was a jewel.

Recently I was in need of new bedding. I stopped in my local Kohl’s as they usually have something I love. I found more than I was looking for. All items were on sale and the coupons were great. The best part of my trip were two of the sales people. Paige made sure I found the best deals and directed me to some items I wouldn’t have found. She is an absolutely lovely person……..and very good at her job. I’d also like to mention Jordan. When he noticed I was struggling with some large comforters and a rug, he jumped in (out of nowhere) and helped me. He even took all my items to checkout while I looked at shoes. It was about 5 minutes until closing. Because of his help, I was able to find a pair of boots I love. Thanks so much to both of them. I would even go back just to say hi.
