This Japanese gem was a delightful find on the drive to Folsom. Between the inviting ambiance and the attentive staff, the restaurant makes a stellar first impression. Both the Chirashi and the Salmon Poke Bowl were exceptional; the fish, in particular, was notably fresh and high-quality. We’ll certainly be making this a mandatory stop on our return trip! ❤️

Very nice Japanese restaurant in the middle of nowhere 🙂 We have been in our trip from Bay area to Sacramento and stopped and enjoyed very fast lunch there.

Really disappointed with their customer service. Dinner was served and I had taken a few bites when I noticed hair on my shrimp. Nothing kills an appetite like finding a short curly hair on your food. I showed the waitress and she said “oh so sorry”, took my plate and offered me dessert. I said no thank you, since my appetite was lost. She disappeared again and was gone for a while – came back and apologized again while handing me my bill for $100.00 for 1 adult and a two children. I’ve work in the restaurant business and find the best approach is to remove the offending item from the bill since it was their mistake and I hadn’t eaten hardly any of it. The kids enjoyed their meal, so I will give them 2 stars.

I ordered the spicy seafood soup during my visit. The soup was delicious and definitely worth trying. However, the wait time was a bit longer than usual, which was the only downside to an otherwise good dining experience. Despite the delay, I would still recommend this place
