I called to make sure my appointment for my breast consultation was infact that date and time I thought it was ( I live out of town.) The man who awnsered the phone stating that he couldn’t help me with confirming my appt because he was just an awnsering service worker was very rude. He had little, to no phone edicate, had a very rude tone and absolutely no worthy customer service skills to have any business working a awnsering service of ANY kind… especially for a hospital.

My mother had her yearly mammogram and Dr.Persky saved her life. She also was able to answer all our questions. I highly recommend her. I also had 2 biopsies done by her, and with good outcomes. She is so caring,kind, and helpful. She is a Saint.

She said she was emailing me the email shown here is not my email. I will no longer need her service. This could have been handled in by phone in phoning me. I had an appointment I did not need because of this. I don’t want to go any further with any doctor I am happy with what I have. I don’t understand her persisting I go furter. Please close my file thank you.
