It was a great pleasure having Karena as my selling agent. Karena was extremely professional when explaining the process. She is a great human being because she was humble and patient when I did not understand something.
Karena is an excellent negotiator and got me the best price for the house. Her high quality work is what got the house sold so quickly!! I highly recommend her to any one who is on the market.

Karena worked with us on the sale of this property for a year & a half. From clean up of house & property to repairing and readying for sale, to working on the closing negotiations while on a family holiday outside of the country. We could not have sold this property without her.

We found Karena Jolley through Yelp reviews to help us sell our mom’s home, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. With over 20 years of real estate experience, she knows the Mendocino housing market inside and out. Karena was incredibly patient with our mom and took the time to explain every step of the process. Although our mom has decided to take the house off the market for now until conditions improve, Karena will be the first person we call when we’re ready to list again. Give her a call—you won’t be disappointed. She’s fantastic!

Karena Jolley is awesome! She helped us navigate a home buying experience that was new and a bit frustrating to us, being from another state, with expedience and ease. She knows her stuff! Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly is how I would describe her, and if you’re thinking of buying or selling real estate in this area, think of Karena, she’s the best!

Karena was very professional and knowledgeable with the sale of our home. She always responded quickly to emails and documents and put in considerable effort to draw in potential buyers leading to the sale of our home. We highly recommend her!
