The practitioner listened to me. Offered some good advice for tweaking medication. She didn’t threaten to take away my medications if I didn’t take the blood pressure test. She told me if it was high I could still have my hormone patch but might need blood pressure medication. It was efficient but not rushed

Dr. MILLER is my husband’s PCP too! I just had my first visit. LOVED the experience from beginning to end! Lovely, kind, professional, helpful reception greeting. Dr. Miller’s staff is wonderful! They are competent, really helpful, supportive, knowledgeable and professionally encouraging. Dr. Miller was even better than my husband suggested that he would be. He asked probing, pertinent questions. More importantly to me, he listened to my responses and, when needed, asked me follow up questions. I so appreciated his sharing important wisdom and knowledge with me. I learned a lot from my first office visit with him. Also, equally impressive was the expediency and efficiency I experienced with Kaiser’s process! Immediately following my office visit, I walked across the street to complete lab work. THANK YOU ALL! Dr Scroggins was prepared, efficient, knowledgable, nurturing and reasonable. He saw me as a covering physician for my assigned primary care doctor who was out sick. I went to the clinic unaware of the message left on my voicemail cancelling my appointment that had a time stamp of approximately 7:46am for my 10:10 am appointment. The office staff were very accomadating the fact that I was there and had an urgent need to be evaluated. Thanks to all that day.
