Went to Jim Bone Nissan and Luke the service manager was very attentive to my needs and let me know best options for my service. Once work began service technician Howard kept me informed as to what exactly he did to fix the issue with my breaks and do a oil service. After leaving Jim Bone I had a belt break and was stranded, but since I had my service there I was able to get my car car towed back to Jim Bone for repairs for free. Well worth the service

I have had my rogue serviced here multiple times now. I also have had some tire issues and been helped at inconvenient times for them. They have been wonderful . I bought my 2024 rogue in Petaluma but the dealer closed. Jim Bone has always been extremely helpful and courteous everytime I call or come in and need anything! Just did a big road trip and had a full service. Thanks guys!!!

Best service ever! They even sent me a video of my car being serviced and went over everything. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they really go above and beyond at Jim Bone Nissan. I highly recommend them.

Bought a 7K car blue book value was $2.5K and they tagged on $550/mo comprehensive coverage through them. Didnt tell me. Battery had issues since the day we bought it. Repair cost estimate was $7.5K how does this totaled car get sold here? They choose to do this
