We love Dr Sonander.
He’s really “ been there “ for my 92 year old mom and never makes anyone feel rushed.”, always taking the time to listen and answer questions. Susan , his receptionist is a wonderful, kind soul
who has always been helpful and always returns our calls. We live in a day and age where we expect everything to be instant and immediate but I’m more than okay waiting a little longer for a return phone call etc… to get good old fashioned
Care when we most need it.

This was once a five star review. I still think the world of Dr. Sonander. However, the office staff (the billing and appointments folks) are beyond terrible. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for almost two months. When I do happen to get a call back, I am lied to (yes, truly) and given the run-around. I can’t believe that after being a patient here for 20 years, I am now looking for a new physician.

Dr Sonander is the best! You can feel confident knowing you have a doctor that cares for his patients. Very knowledgeable and thorough! Staff is very pleasant to deal with also. Would never change!
