Just hung up the phone with Dr. Trapnell’s staff. Called in to get prescription issues with pharmacy cleared up. Excellent help. They got me within a few minutes to the person handling the prescriptions and after two minutes on the phone with them, they cleared up the issue the pharmacy was having. Much appreciated!

I’ve had Dr Trapnell as a doctor since 2015. He is the nicest and very informative doctor I’ve ever had. I was in the medical field I’ve worked with alot of doctors. I find him very easy to talk to and genuinely really care about his patients.

Although I like Dr Trapnell and was satisfied with my care over the past 5 years or so I have decided to change doctors for the following reasons.
Today I tested positive for covid-19 and called his office with questions and they did not return my call.
He has switched offices and locations 3 times in the last 2 and 1/2 years and each time I’ve had to fill out new paperwork.
The last office change resulted in a change in insurance groups so when I arrived at the office I was not covered.
I’m going to take my chances with a new doctor.
