Dr Khaira is a good man and solid physician who gets to know you as his patient with a genuine interest in who you are and what is ailing you- no matter if it is minor.
Dr. Khaira’s office was able to schedule me on a short notice for a very quick but very important assessment with Dr. Khaira, who seemingly is the lead physician in the practice with my PCP. I was deeply grateful for what was obviously an accommodation in a tight schedule. Dr. Khaira was very knowledgeable about what precise lab scan was needed given my symptoms and quickly authorized the necessary scan. I am deeply grateful for how well I was treated and taken care of by both Dr. Khaira and his office staff.
This doctor is nice enough but too brisk. I’ve been to them three times. The first time he was really thorough and spent time with me. The second and third time they literally got up to leave 10 minutes into my appointment. I had a few things on my list to discuss butI felt rushed and like I’m just a number. It felt extremely unsatisfying. Also, the office rarely if ever picks up the phone. You literally are put into vmail every time. The Gen Z staff are kinda rude. The first thing they want from you is payment and that’s about it. They don’t care to followup with you after the appointment with referrals or prescriptions and instead I have to ask them for this stuff. They couldn’t care less if I fell off the face of the earth so long as I give them their payment. The office does not exude care of patients. A lot of areas to work on.
Dr Khaira is great! This was my first visit and he took the time to learn about my medical history and status. He is a great listener, thoughtful, and provided excellent feedback and support
