I took my cat in Wednesday morning to get spayed. It cost me $150, and they even trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and gave her a microchip, all included! My local vet in Cotati/Rohnert Park wanted to charge me over $600 just for the spay, and everything else would have been extra.

Every staff member I saw that morning seemed happy and friendly. (Some of them are even bilingual!) I got a text as soon as the surgery was done with a pickup time and an update on how it went.

When I picked up my cat, the staff told me how to care for her and how to give her medicine. I also had a question about ear cleaning, and a vet quickly came out to answer it. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking to get their pet spayed or neutered.

Also, if you can, please leave a tip or donate any old pet items you don’t use anymore. They could be making a lot more money off of us but these people really care about our pets.

These people are angels and have helped me and my doggies get shots and spayed and neutered and boarding and food and supplies during some of the toughest times of my life. They did all of this without judgement and brought me to joyful tears with how much love and compassion they shared. Honestly one of the best group of humans I have met in many years. Thank you with all my heart! I am forever grateful and blessings to each and everyone who are employees, volunteers and donators!!!! Thank you thank you!

The staff at HSSC were extremely helpful friendly and accommodating for my kitty Shasta’s spay appointment. I want to thank all of the staff at the Humane Society for their attention and care. Denise answered all of the questions we had. They also helped us with a better carrier so we could transport Shasta safely as she had rebelled against the soft carrier we had.
