H&R Block offers a professional and efficient tax preparation service, making the process much less stressful for clients. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain tax details and answer any questions. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the environment is clean and welcoming. While the fees can be a bit higher than some alternatives, the peace of mind and accuracy provided make it worthwhile. Overall, H&R Block is a reliable choice for anyone seeking expert guidance during tax season.

After having done my own taxes online for many years, I just didn’t see that this location was able to add value at the increased price point over doing it with the online software. I really hate to say that because I prefer working with people if I can. There were other issues as well that were eventually resolved but generally made the overall experience stressful. I don’t plan to use this service again.
