This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. NOTHING like the photos. The smell of smoke was unbearable and it did not come with all in room amenities that they claimed. No iron, no in room coffee, no alarm clock, and no hairdryer). It was so filthy. Hair everywhere, sticky surfaces, and cockroaches. They’re running a scam. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Dead cockroaches, mold, and the smell of cigarette smoke despite booking a smoke-free room. There area generally feels unsafe (especially at night) and there was sketchy activity going on in the parking lot. I returned my keys after checking in and have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund. Expedia says the manager needs to issue it, I have called 4 times now without being able to get a hold of her.

DO NOT STAY. The room is full of bugs and unsanitary. Roaches and bedbugs throughout the entire room. I checked out immediately and asked for a refund. The night manager said yes but didn’t have authorization until the morning manager arrived; now the day manager refuses to refund the room. They do not want to refund Priceline; this place is a scheme with false advertising. Stay elsewhere; this is a disgusting place with poor customer service.

Terrible hotel, first thing I noticed was the carpet was extremely dirty and full of stains, and the room smelled like smoke and mold and just pure dirtiness. I think the house keeping does NOT! do a good job at all. They need to shutdown for awhile and renovate this whole Hotel in my opinion. The room I was in had full of roaches, the window curtains were dirty and had stains, the bed was dirty looked like a lot of people put their dogs on the bed and the sheets weren’t very clean, I mean everytime I turned on the lights I saw roaches scrambling all over! The bathroom was dark and dirty, overall definitely not worth the stay I would pay something like $10 a night but nothing more. Please don’t stay here!!

I was not expecting the room and service I received. Super clean, king size bed, with jacuzzi style bathtub. The room was very well prepared, everything looked clean and wiped down, the bathroom and bathtub were very clean, has a vanity mirror and we had our own microwaves. I give it 4 stars because I wish there were a few more amenities such as hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, and toothbrush/toothpaste. Other than that, I don’t understand why this place has a 2 star rating.
