The food was not great and was not as pictured on the menu. They were not available to take our order, I guess they just want you to use the computer to order, we had to grab our own cups and when they got the order wrong, the guy just huffed and said he didn’t make it. The place is filthy, theres a sticky film of food on all the tables, so im guessing they dont actually clean And don’t go here for the playground, it is in the sun and the slide is gross and sticky too; the slide is non slidable.

Phenomenal Food and Flavor!
I hit up Hat Creek Burger Company and ordered the Southwest Combo with tater tots, and it completely hit the spot.
First off, you **have** to get the tots here—they are absolutely incredible, perfectly crispy, and next-level when you dip them in their fry sauce.
The Southwest burger itself was fantastic; it had this perfect little hint of spice that gave it an awesome kick without overpowering the flavor.
Great food, great quality, and easily a 5-star experience. I’ll definitely be back for this exact combo!

Came here solely because they had a playground for the kids and was pleasently surprised with how good the food was! Really enjoyed the patio area with the playground. Also, absolutely loved that they had fry sauce!!

Pretty disappointing for a $15+ burger combo. Skimpy order of fries were soggy. Double burger was smaller than a Whataburger. Even with some of their special sauces on it it was really lackibg flavor other than the pickles. Wouldn’t go back.

Had a great visit here with my toddlers. Lots of room to run and play. Burgers were served hot and tasted great. My kids really liked the chicken nuggets and seasoned fries – the nuggets are similar to ChicFilA. Bathrooms were clean and actually smelled nice.
