I went into Hansel Ford to start “thinking” about getting a new vehicle. Well, I met Rain and next thing you know I’m leaving with the most beautiful Bronco I have EVER seen! It was scary at first, being the biggest purchase of my life so far, but I left with the maintenance package and a 9 year warranty, so I feel very comfortable in my decision!
Rain made the whole experience super fun. He is going to teach me how to maximize the dopeness of my Bronco and I couldn’t be more stoked!

I originally went to Freeman Toyota to get a Toyota 4Runner I ordered 6 weeks ago. I brought 2x the original amount we initially discussed for a down payment. My credit was 20 points less then I thought it was and after they saw that EVERYTHING changed. I was completely disregarded. I had gone to the Toyota lease calculator and knew what all the different payments should be with credit scores above and below would be (this INCLUDES what my score was) and they were north of that payment. By alot. Also, they refused to try and even make a deal. The let me walk out the door with 8k cash in hand and made 0 attempts to work with me. It was wild.
Hansel, what a different experience. They reviewed my payment history (paid off 3 cars no late payments and I have one car only a few months away from being paid off) and Ford got me an amazing rate.
Will, the finance manager, was fast personable and made me feel very important to him and the staff.
I got a beautiful truck that had a 10k higher MSRP for 200 dollars less a month then the less expensive Freeman Toyota 4runner.
Side note, the full cab F-150 turned to fit my needs alot better. Its bigger, has more power and frankly has a nicer interior. So much more comfortable for passengers and driver.
After the experience I had, I will never buy another brand. A+++

My experience at Hansel FORD was the most positive interaction at a car dealer that I’ve had in my 30+ years of car ownership experience. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. They worked with me on what I could afford and got the best possible trade in for my old car. There was no fake promises, no showmanship, just honest straightforward facts. Everything was across the board, professional and accurate. The staff at Hansel FORD are very understanding regarding my needs and they did not try to get me into something that I couldn’t afford just to make the sale. They were very respectful to what I could and could not afford and they went the extra mile to find whatever deals that they could possibly find to get me in a good car. If you need a car if you need repairs, Hansel FORD in Santa Rosa is a good place to start.
