For a recently opened restaurant, they are doing so well. The staff is great, the Ramen was delicious and it’s also a good bang for your buck. Can’t wait to go back!
wasnt able to get a pic of the food because i devoured it all in seconds. super yummy ramen, generous portions, and wide menu selection. atmosphere is nice and cozy. will come again to try out the other menu options! ft. a pic of the genmaicha tea served in a pretty pot
Fukumi Ramen opened just a few weeks in Davis, prior to our arrival. The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful. There were some staff still in training The drink options were good. The potstickers were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. The wrappers were soft and tender, not tough and chewy. Gently seared in one side. The size was perfect and the filling and sauce was delicious. Each of our ramen was great. My husband got one with a sesame paste in it, which was different, but I don’t know if I’d order that again. I got the chicken broth based ramen with smaller noodles. It was so good with some chili oil. My son got the Tonkotsu Soy Ramen with topping set and he had enough left for second dinner. The space is pretty cool as it is the old city Hall in Davis. I think they could work on improving the ambience a bit more. Dim the lights (very bright), music, art, etc. but overall, it was great and looking forward to going back!

The Ramen is really good! We ordered Kara-miso Ramen and toufu, just like we had in Tokyo, and the service is also very good!
