Holy freaking smokes I cannot believe I didn’t come here sooner! Like years ago. I got the new Cajun shrimp toast and was a bit skeptical. $23 plus tax and tip for a toast?? Ok.

When I got the toast it looks beautiful, and tastes even better than it looks, if that’s even possible. The jumbo shrimp is crunchy from the marinade grilled on the outside, yet plump and juicy on the inside. The guacamole is a California flair on guacamole and it’s light, refreshing and rich at the same time. I actually feel reasonably full from eating it even though it doesn’t look like a tonne of food.

There is fruit infused water that you can serve yourself, as well as plain water.

The orange blossom latte is beautiful (feathered latte art with a tonne of cinnamon) and delicious.

I’m so coming back here again.

They have plenty of seats outside if you are bringing noisy/messy children, but they also have loads of tables inside in case you have a runner toddler.

I’ve been doing a bit of research of this cafe and it looks really nice. So I decided to come by here and it was very hectic. I didn’t expect this restaurant to be almost full especially when it’s a cafe. It can be too loud for me to study and work here despite having WiFi.

I didn’t really feel like eating too much because of yesterday. So I decided to get one of the pastries as well as a cappuccino. Almost most of them look too sweet and I decided to get the Ube Puff since it’s between the sweet and savory side. They did put a lot of Ube cream which made me surprised. Also the cappuccino is like any cappuccino I had from most restaurants.

Hopefully, it’s less crowded and I probably will get one of the sandwiches or other larger items the next time I return here.

The overall food quality was good. The Tuna Melt Croffle was unique and flavorful, with a crispy croffle paired with a savory tuna filling. It’s definitely worth trying. As for the Turkey BLT Sandwich, it was essentially a classic BLT with turkey added. It tasted fine but wasn’t anything particularly memorable. The house coffee was also good, although it was a bit disappointing that free refills weren’t available.

Considering today’s Bay Area prices, the food is reasonably priced and not expensive. However, I was surprised to see a 3% credit card surcharge added to the bill. It definitely left a negative impression and makes me less likely to return.

Amazing breakfast spot with unique offerings. We had a French Omelet and a Berry Croffle (croissant waffle). The inlet was cooked perfectly and the Croffle was excellent, sweet but not too sweet. The house drip coffee was excellent as well. Great place to go!
