I ordered the falafel sandwich and the Heavens Pita sandwich, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
The Heavens Pita sandwich was drowning in so much oil that it was literally dripping through and breaking the cardboard box. I immediately took it back to the counter and told the employee that I couldn’t eat it like that. Instead of offering a solution or a remake, he simply shrugged it off and said, “That’s just how it is.” Hoping the oil was just on the outside of the packaging, I asked him to at least change the box for me. He did, and I took it to my car to eat. However, the sandwich itself was completely soaked through with grease. It was entirely inedible and a major health hazard, so I had to throw it away.
Between the awful food quality and the dismissive customer service, I will not be returning. Highly disappointed.

I hope the business owner reads this. Your employee is costing you money. And your order yourself screen outside isn’t helping your business. We’re trying to order a falafel sandwich not a 5 course meal. Keep it simple and your employee should be able to take a simple order at the window with specific instructions.

I got the Heavens Pita pocket and customized it and added falafel, labneh and hummus. It was so filling and delicious. The pomegranate juice is super refreshing. I highly recommend this place if you’re on the go or want to pick up something quick. Service was great and ordering was easy on the kiosk. Added bonus: great walkable location and lots to do nearby if you’re out and about for the day.

No bueno. For the price they charge, I’d expect the falafel to be fresh. That’s their whole business model, and it’s weak. Everything is an extra…not even any pickled veggies. And no seating, just go to your car and eat. Anyway, this place is weak but probably ok for door dash.

This is a takeout only place and their falafels are VERY GOOD! The fries and hummus were just okay. I ordered Heaven’s Pita Pocket and it was HEAVENLY, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! So savory for a vegetarian dish. Great texture that melded well with the sauces in this Pita Pocket. The Home Made Fries were okay and the Hummus was okay, maybe ⭐⭐⭐. I’d recommend coming for the Falafels and will be returning just for that!
