I took my Ford Excursion to have some front end work done and I was very impressed.
I was able to get right in for an inspection (even stayed after hours so I could park my truck inside the locked yard) and everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional.
Jesus kept me informed the whole time and was very accommodating to my requests to use specific brands of parts.
All my steering issues are fixed and the truck drives perfect, I will be recommending everyone to take their vehicles to Eureka Brake and Automotive!

Best shop I have ever been to, especially in Eureka. They didnt try to sell me everything I didn’t want, like all the drive through oil places. I thought I needed a couple other services and the mechanic told that I did not need those services that everything looked good. The most honest mechanic I have ever met. And special on oil changes right now $77 even for full synthetic, best deal in town plus they lift your vehicle and do an inspection with the oil change….

Excellent experience with Eureka Brake and Automotive. Everyone I talked to was friendly, informed, and informative. They took the time to explain, not only what was going on with my car, but when I asked questions about brakes they went into excellent detail. I came to trust them, and their sense of integrity is obvious. Highly recommend. Also they are AAA certified.

Very kind and professional individuals. They try to make our experience as stress free as possible when many times it is an emergency situation for one of our vehicles.
I really like their Priority Inspection Estimates. Upon completing an Inspection, they number the prority in which tasks should be dealt with if not able to complete all service items at the same time.
We’ve been able to get our vehicles in same day or next day with usually same day or next day completion. Very efficient and believe it to be quality work.
Although our vehicles’ needs were pretty costly, they are just as competitive, if not, less than other competitors.
