When we encountered challenges with insurance coverage for a specific medication, they didn’t leave me to fight the battle alone. They’ve stayed on top of the issue, offering alternative options and keeping me updated every step of the way.

Dr. McKenzie and her staff are amazing. I’ve been in to see her twice so far, but will be back for her to care for my skin. She and her staff are kind, and caring and make sure all my questions are answered. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. McKenzie is thorough and easy to talk to, always asks if you have questions. Only comment is both my visits seem to go so fast that you kind of think/feel it should be a bit slower. But she definitely always asks if you have anything else you want to know or to be checked. The first visit I forgot to ask something due to the speed of the appointment. But overall seems to be a very good doctor.
