This is the third time we have stayed here in the last 5 years and the place has really gone down hill recently.
So much so that we requested a refund.
We never heard back from management or the owner.
Dirty floors and bathroom
Coffee service dirty.
Windows dirty and with spider webs.
No microwave as advertised
Surrounding grounds are not taken care of.
Parking lot has not been cleaned.
ETC, ETC.
Don’t stay here.

Awesome little “motel” in the middle of peace and serenity, with an eclectic group of restaurants and a cool brew pub with live music. Hotel room was comfortable, ample hot water, amenities to cover all needs. Even has picnic areas. Beautiful views. Try it if available and in area…

Cute, clean, and relaxing motel in the gorgeous Mt Shasta area. I have stayed here twice and loved it both times. I appreciate their friendly service, affordable prices, and accommodation of late night check in. My cat also enjoyed his stay here. We will be back!

Not good!! Bed horrible..cords for mini frig TV hanging on wall
Microwave outside on newspaper stand in the elements
Asked for extra coffee told we had standard room so couldn’t have more! Way overpriced old food for sale!
Bathroom not very clean
Won’t stay again even for the price!!

Mike at the front desk was lovely. We stopped here while traveling from California back home to Oregon with our dogs and they were very accommodating. Beautiful views and a nice relaxing quiet night stay on our road trip. We forgot one of our phones in the room after we left and we called the owner who came out and helped us right away. We really enjoyed our experience here. Nice outdoor area of the dogs to stretch their legs too.
