Dissatisfied customer. As I went for my afternoon walk I came across this place I’ve been here before maybe one time before even though the prices are pretty high I decided to order me a little something. After receiving my item I asked one of the young ladies if I could have a little drizzle of Honey on top up my item . as one of the young ladies was about to just drizzle a little on top the other lady that was making the items say oh you have to pay for extra honey which I only wanted a little drizzle. Not to mention I had just spent an arm and two legs on One Bowl talk about customer service.

I’ve been coming to Dream Bowlz since they opened and I love the smoothie bowls and smoothies. All of their staff are welcoming and the service is always great. Most of what they serve is plant based so that’s a plus. They even have the pup cup for the dogs.

It’s not a bad acai bowl. I’ve had better. I would have appreciated more toppings.
I do like that you can customize the base ingredients, but everything you add is around $2 for each additional ingredient.
They should get dome lids on their to-go containers. And a better spoon dispenser!
Menus are everywhere. Too many options in too many places make it sensory overload and confusing.
I’d suggest the owners get a graphic designer to upgrade their menu. And take down the printouts taped to every visible surface.
There were a lot of employees working when I got there. They all welcomed me in unison as I walked through the door.
The girl who took my order was very friendly.
Overall, I’d be back.

This place was everything I was “dreaming” for and more! Black-owned, good and clean food and drink options, and a space for spiritual cleansing! The smoothie and fruit bowl I had were both delicious! Plus, I purchased a one-of-a-kind journal and crystal to center myself on my birthday weekend. The owner was so gracious to help me with my crystal selection, and even had time to snap a selfie with me too! Family owned as well, and giving back to their community. Love everything about this establishment! Will be going back soon!
