The only reason I’m giving this place a 5 star review is because of the manager, Travis.
He was so helpful every time I go in, I see him cleaning, and restocking items, and he seem like the only person who’s actually working there. Most of the other times I’ve been in this store I see other employees wondering about not helping and chatting to each other. Travis made the experience pleasant, and easy. If he wasn’t there I’d give the store 2.5 stars due to cleanliness and lack of customer service.

They have a great variety of snacks. The employees are really nice.

” The dollar tree in Willits offers a wide variety of products, which is a definite plus. However, their stock can be inconsistent, so you might not always find what you’re looking for. Customer service is also a bit lacking; it’s difficult to get assistance unless you’re at the checkout. Speaking of checkout, the two cashier’s on duty tend to be slow and not particularly friendly. On the positive side, the store, including the restrooms, is generally clean and well-maintained. They also have ample parking, including wheelchair-accessible entrances. It’s also worth noting that grocery carts are not allowed outside the store, unlike the Ukiah location, there are no public garbage receptacles provided. Despite these drawbacks, I do enjoy their selection of ice cream. “
