I like that there is a separate vegetarian menu section.
Burrito 5/5 – really good vegetarian burrito. Unfortunately, the burrito was served without foil, so the bottom got soggy after a few minutes and it started falling apart. I had to finish it with a fork.
Nachos 3/5 – The nachos were nothing special. There weren’t enough toppings, and they weren’t mixed well with the nachos. I wouldn’t order them again.

We were visiting Mount Shasta and happened to stumble across Crave. From the outside, it looked like a promising place to eat, and we were excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to our expectations, especially considering the prices.
I ordered the lobster tacos, which sounded amazing on the menu, but I could barely taste any lobster. For the price, I expected the lobster to be the star of the dish, but it was difficult to tell it was even there. I also ordered the pupusas, and while they weren’t terrible, they lacked the flavor I was hoping for and ended up being pretty disappointing.
One thing that really stood out in a positive way was the salsa. It was fresh, flavorful, and probably my favorite part of the meal. My wife also enjoyed her nachos, which had good flavor and were definitely the best entrée we ordered.
The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere and seemed like it had a lot of potential. The staff was pleasant, and the location fits well with the charm of Mount Shasta.
Overall, I really wanted to like Crave because it looked like a great local restaurant. While there were a few highlights, the food simply didn’t justify the price we paid. With a little more flavor and better value, I think this place could be much better.
The food was decent. I had the Shrimp tacos and the husband had Ribs and tri-tip special. The serving size was good, tri-tip was delicious and the ribs melted off the bone. The tacos were ok and flavorful. Service was pleasant and the atmosphere was quaint and quiet.
Without a doubt one of the best meals I’ve ever had. By the time you move the rib from your plate to mouth, half of the meat has slide off the bone. Bark like crispy skin with soft delicate meat inside.
The Mac and cheese, absolute #1 in America. I think the cheese was whipped so each bite was fluffy and light but still melted and gooey.
I walked past this place three times and the empty tables deterred me from going in, I could not have judged more wrong.
BEST KEPT SECRET IN SISKIYOU COUNTY! Not only was it all fresh and high quality ingredients, but it was delicious!! It was prepared so nicely and our plates looked and tasted beautiful! Excellent service and we got our food within 5-10 minutes of being seated.
We got the grilled lobster salad, lobster tacos and the BBQ tri tip. I cannot tell you how good this food was. You have to try it for yourself! The BBQ tastes just like Kansas City’s BBQ as I grew up in KC and I can tell you, this is extremely delicious BBQ! It’s the best! And the lobster was so fresh and sooo delicious! I loved how moist the lobster was with the grilled flavor. I am a big lobster fan and this was fresh and delicious. The mac and cheese was literally the best I’ve ever tasted! They used real cheese with a crumble bread-like crust and it has such a great taste and thick and cheesy. Everything fresh, whole food and healthy!
My husband and I ate here for the first time on our anniversary. We are extremely picky about our food, the ingredients and how the food is prepared. I cannot eat seed oils and Crave cooks with butter, which is a healthy fat! We were so excited because normally we can’t eat out because there is so much processed junk in food these days. We were both chef’s in many past careers and we are genuine food snobs. Crave is a 5 star ⭐️ restaurant with five star ⭐️ service.
We are so excited to finally have a healthy, delicious restaurant that we can eat at!
