Tyler has done a wonderful job with the civil engineering plans required for our backyard project. His work is thorough and complete, while making sure that we addressed all of the comments and feedback from the Sonoma County inspection staff. He was instrumental in helping me navigate the permitting process and getting permits issued quickly. He also worked with the inspectors to complete and finalize the review of work done to confirm that the stated requirements were met to the satisfaction of Sonoma County requirements. Tyler with Cornerstone Civil Design provided a Topographic Survey and Site Civil Construction Design documents for our new construction house and garage near Hopland, CA. Our build site is on a hill overlooking the valley with a significant slope. Tyler designed the grading, drainage and erosion control and was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process. He collaborated with our architect, soils engineer and worked closely with us to make decisions and finalize the site design. Tyler’s work is outstanding and we are very happy with the result. Over the last 3 years, I have had the pleasure of having Tyler shepherd numerous challenging projects through to completion for me. I’ve hired Tyler for projects ranging from fixing County code violations, developing extensive storm water management plans, working on complex grading permit plans, to working with Fish & Wildlife on Lake and Streambed Alteration agreements.
