One of the best restaurants we’ve been to in a while. Cindy was our server, she was attentive and polite. She made us feel welcome and had good conversation about Redding and about the south. The food was amazing and decently priced. Cindy even gave us recommendations for food to try on our next visit. There WILL be a next visit, and many more after. There were so many good looking options on the menu it took us a while to choose. My wife had the ribeye melt and I had the Butte Grill. The ribeye melt was an amazing sandwich. The butte grill is a twist on the French dip with tri tip. Both were on the softest, best Dutch crunch roll we’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and try breakfast. Cindy recommends the biscuits and gravy.

This is the place for breakfast in Redding. I haven’t wanted to review the restaurant due to the fact that we can just walk in get our table and food before you’re out of the line at Déjà Vu. Oh and the food it’s substantially better and more affordable. If you’re looking for a true local’s breakfast spot you could definitely do worse than Corbett’s. Try the Chile Relleno omelette. Personally it’s the best egg dish in town.

This is one of the best places to get breakfast in Redding. Love the food, love the service. My wife and I have been coming here for almost ten years! I usually get the California omelette (see picture) and it’s always delicious. Also, here’s a loud shout out to Maria and Debbie who do an exceptional job waiting tables. They’re the best!

We so love this restaurant!! The breakfast is amazing and the dishes they offer are tasteful. The prices are great and the chefs know how to cook. The environment here is nice… it feels a bit like a winery inside. Dark and quiet, with warm wood and classy decor. The women serving here are outstanding! They are sincerely sweet and friendly, with good work ethic. They meet a higher service standard that can be hard to find in Redding. Thank you all for being awesome!

The place was very clean. I recommend this stuff for the value you get fresh good. Food, nothing is packaged here.
