First time using the shop. Tracy and Matt were great to work with. Highly recommended!

If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would!!! They’ve worked on my car a few times and every time it was such a pleasant experience. They are always so helpful and incredibly kind! They most recently helped me make sure my car was in good shape to drive out of town to see family and the whole experience was painless. They even lent me their loaner car so I didn’t have to take two different busses and two hours to get from Eureka to Arcata. I recommend them to all my friends!

Best service hands down ! I was quoted and very happy about the price and service. Great office staff and the work done was great. I will continue to service my vehicle here. Great service , well priced and I felt very confident with the team.

Probably the best place I’ve ever gone to get my oil changed. They checked so much stuff that most places don’t look at and informed me of things to be aware of without pushing me to have them do the service.

I have been coming to Conti’s for a few years now. The team are so helpful. Traci is amazing! They explain recommendations and don’t make you feel pressured. I just got my oil change and they found something that could be a problem down the road and provided me with an estimate for that repair. They didn’t push me to get the repair done immediately and they gave me the information to help me make a decision.
