Bought something, had issue with seller not sending goods. Manager said cancel order and dispute charges. I did exactly that. Bank sided with seller and gave him my money even though he never sent anything. I’m out $3600+ overdraft fees due to bank sending money to seller 59 days later. Bank says I have a personal issue with the Fort Bragg branch manager for doing what the manager said. Pretty disappointed banks don’t help out their customers

This place should be called community last credit union!!!
Because I left this review that they rip you off every time you make a payment online, even if you pay with your checking account, they actually called me up and harassed me, and the lady was extremely rude to me And I was not nice to her either, but she has no call to call me up and harass me. This is not a legit place any place that charges you to make your payments can’t be considered a legitimate banking institution $5.99 to make a payment actually in the last year I have probably paid them well over $100 just to make my payments,, the only reason I do business with them is because the car dealership sold the note I signed to them, but they are not a good place. Beware before you do business with them. You will probably get a call if you don’t like them.

Banker beware!! Community first credit union is ran by incompetent people. Ive had multiple occasions experienced banking errors and issues caused by this company from card lockouts to big financial errors on their end. Which put me personally in situations of danger. I’ve experienced only inconvenience. In times of need there is no one to speak to, you’re subjected at times to only work with an audio teller. There is zero support on weekends or after regular business hours. Again beware.

When the dealership told me what the repair costs were going to be for a catalytic converter, I reached out to my Community First Credit Union. Amber and Mario worked tirelessly to help me through the loan process and we received an answer. Here’s the cool part, when my payback rate seemed a little high, they went back and worked on getting me a lower one, and they did. To me that’s real customer service. That is listening to their clients needs and limitations. It also shows genuine commitment and belief that Community First Credit Union really can make a difference in the lives of its members and their hard work proves it.
Everything is good now I have my car back and a payment schedule that works comfortably for me.
So to Mario and Amber, you guys are my rock stars. Thank you again.
