This cannot possibly be a Radio Shack as Tandy / Radio Shack went bankrupt ten years ago and closed all of its stores. If the owner is claiming this is a RADIO SHACK then he is LYING TO YOU! DO NOT TRUST / BUY AT THIS STORE!

I went to Truevalue on wendsday. I was welcomed kindly by a young man with green hair, he asked if I needed any help and I let him know that I was just looking around with time to kill time and supportingour local business. Then I was walking down the aisle hands full of stuff still shopping when a older blonde woman in an accusatory tone loudly asked “DO YOU NEED HELP!” I said no thank you and continued shopping about maybe 20 minutes later I got approached again by the same woman same tone and everything,” DO YOU NEED HELP.” At this point I was just don’t she made me feel uncomfortable. I checked out and the young man helped me carry out my stuff. That woman needs to learn costumer service.

What ever you do, don’t ask if this is the last Radio Shack standing, you will get your head chopped off. Very rude young man behind the counter. He needs a Snicker bar.

Great store to visit and buy supplies. They have new stuffs like iPhone 11 cases and also things from the past like PS2 adapters and cordless landline phones. The employees here are very friendly and helpful.
