Terrible experience.The bartenders are rude and cliquey. If you’re not friends with their drunk Clearlake crew, they’ll treat women newcomers like trash. Amber is hostile and yells for no reason, and Hailey does not know how to make a drink for the life of her. They run off of rumors and alcohol, and are not classy ladies. I went out in New Years Eve expecting to have a cool time. I ordered a tequila sparkling water. I was completely sober while entering (and leaving) I asked Hailey to make my drink again, after taking one drink of the new drink that actually had tequila in it, Hailey demanded me to pay again. I know the difference between water and tequila. Another girl assaulted me while trying to get my moneys worth of what I paid for, after defending myself two other girls started pulling my hair and assaulting me while physically throwing me outside of the bar. Then the bartenders called the police and accused me of trespassing. I walked back inside to get my belongings and the first assaulted was still trying to attack me while holding my belongings after having other people attack me with her. It was absolutely insane. Mark is cool, but he needs friendly people working for him who aren’t extremely insecure. When I’ve tried to call to talk to an owner, amber and Haley both said “no one will talk to you and you’re not allowed here” truthfully, I don’t want to go back, but these people should not have their jobs. Total bully behavior.

Me and my friends were having a birthday celebration. One of the off duty bartenders, high on a power trip, started to harrass me b/c was slightly past the bar edge; She was immediately rude and aggressive, no professional approach whatsoever. We went outside to relax, and she followed 15 mins later and proceeded to SCREAM at a few of us to put our shoes on (that were all right next to our feet). She even had the other bartender scared of her, and following her lead. She was obviously a disgruntled human being w nothing better to do w her life.

Love playing pool here. I do have to be selective regarding my mixed drinks as I’m picky. But the Tokyo tea is super dank. The bouncer is a nice guy. And I always feel safe with this bar and the people there.
