Don’t live here the manager is so rude and judge on mental health people. She has favorites and if she doesn’t like you she will have her family to fight you and make up rumors. This is the worst place to live on earth. Lots of fake people and homeless

The park seems pretty calm compared to what I have heard about this place. The manager Katy is super cool and very helpful. We are so far very happy to have a home here.
