I have gone to Clarky’s in Brunswick basin the last 3 Wednesdays in a row. Everything has been absolutely fantastic and a good value. It’s obvious a lot of care goes into everything they prepare. Besides the traditional BBQ sandwiches and plates they also feature very creative and inventive specials. I highly recommend Clarky’s!

Tried Clarky’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago when the Clarky’s truck was in the Brunswick basin in Grass Valley. This is the best barbecue I’ve had in a very long time and the portion is huge. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich (the pork bahn mi sold out in the first hour they were open). This sandwich was almost as big as my head. The service was incredibly friendly. These people love what they do and it shows. Definitely recommended.

Everytime i eat Clarky’s it never disappoints! So delicious! Owners are very kind and personable. Every meal I’ve had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection!

Love Clarky’s! My favorites are the chicken sandwich and brisket sandwich. They serve up very generous portions and every bit is homemade. The Clark’s put their heart and soul into Clarky’s and you can taste it in every bite. Highly recommend!
