Amazing food! Huge portions, buy one plate and you have a few meals. I have tried all their different offerings at one point or another and by far malt favorite is the brisket. The brisket is seasoned perfectly and is cooked just right. And don’t get me started on that Mac n cheese, the cheese is melted perfectly and the consistency is creamy, topped with bacon for a nice texture mix. I look forward to every time I see them at an event, I know I will have a satisfying meal. Can’t wait for the next time!

Went to a festival and got food from this pop up tent. I couldn’t believe how big the portions were for the price and it tasted great too. Super nice people. Great Texas style bbq flavor.

I had a plate of brisket, beans, and mac n cheese from Chubb’s at a community event in 2024. Their brisket was great and I really appreciated how tangy the BBQ sauce is. Also, the family behind the operation is great.
