I don’t like leaving bad reviews for restaurants, I know these folks work hard and are doing their best. But I’m extremely unhappy with what I paid for.

First, they charge extra for rice on most dishes. Their prices (without rice) are more expensive than local competition.

Second, I had some rocks in my dish. It could’ve damaged my teeth, or worse. I told the server twice. She did apologize, and I know it’s not her fault, but this is a big issue. Nothing compensatory was offered.

They’ve lost my family’s business there forever. This was our 2nd time visiting. It will be the last. Rose Garden has better flavors, better prices, free side rice, and I felt they would’ve handled the rock issue better.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the portion size for the price. They are one of the higher price points for Asian cuisine in town. The food is almost always consistent and great. The (large) pho bowls are huge but everything else tends to be on the smaller side compared to other places. Customer service is always friendly and accommodating as well. Overall, would definitely recommend! Thai teas are way over priced for the tiny glass it comes in though.

So me and the kid wandered in here after Comicon and we have never eaten here before. This Tia place is awesome! The food was so delicious! Even my 16 year old said his soup was amazing. He never had a soup with bean noodles before and he loved it. He even asked if we could take one of them home to cook for us. Then there was the extreme friendliness of the entire staff that the 16 year old also noticed and commented on! Jack was very helpful, and our waitress Rose was also beyond kind and courteous. I was so impressed with the meal, I went to compliment the cook, and it turned out he was the owner! Well done Sai! I forgot what I had was called, but it had chicken, onions, mint, served with cucumbers and leaf lettuce. It was served in the old Korean style of bulgogi Rice I use to have when I was stationed at Kwang-Ju AB, Korea! Big was also helpful. This place operated like a well oiled machine, and the food came out very very quick. So I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back, all the way from Red Bluff!
