New to town, so I read some google reviews on tax preppers. Made an appointment with Norma at Central income tax. Google reviews worked. So did Norma she was very polite & professional. Thank you Norma & Central income tax

Norma has been filing my parents and I tax return for several years. Witty, efficient, and wonderful!

Norma, at Central Income Tax, completed my 2023 taxes without requiring my physical presence. I am OVERWHELMED by the care, efficiency, promptness, superior quality and overall experience of using this agency for the first time.
Norma always returned calls the very same day. Clemente
is very professional as the office manager and his friendly
demeanor on the phone, made me very comfortable with choosing CIT.
Today I received my taxes, as physical records, via messenger!
They were electronically filed on Thursday and Norma spent all the time I needed on the phone with me that day. She has other clients who have experienced vision loss, and is so very kind.
There is still time to file your taxes this year!
I recommend CIT without ANY hesitation

Showed up for a set appointment 11am
Tried to hand me off to a different tax attorney
When I refused they offered another appointment at 1pm
I’m not a local here
drove 1 hour in traffic
to show up and be laughed at and told I made the mistake
Poor service
Definitely not coming back here

I am a client of Central Income Tax for many years, and the tax professionals there are always ready to answer my tax questions. I very much recommend it.
