We went to this store with my family and one of the female directors were really nice to us.

Amazing mexican supermarket with amazing hot food section and prices!!! Tacos are exactly like the ones we had when we were in Queretaro. Staffs are very friendly. We also got lucky coming on Taco Tuesday for $1.25 tacos; the lady behind us got 30 of them for her office lol

Hardens me to type this but I fell in this store accidentally about a month ago.. they had a cooler with meat leakingi n the middle isle by the butcher section.. I walked in between this cooler and pallet to view the meat selection and when I turned around to see if my daughter was still close.. I fell.. not knowing what was happening, I grabbed onto something and twisted my body falling again. The staff laughed and refused to help me. I picked myself up and hobbled to the Customer Service desk where I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager who needed a translator to speak to me. I have not received any apologies or phone calls back from this company regarding my incident. I decided to take it here because I could’ve been an elderly person it happened to. To be laughed at instead of helped is very concerning.. but to not receive a callback as if to be ignored is bad business!
