We had such a positive experience at Carbon Health. I brought my grandma in because she had been feeling unusually tired and was just feeling unwell.
From the moment we met Nicolette Campbell, PA-C she was kind, professional, knowledgeable. and super reassuring. She took time to listen carefully and address all of our concerns (without making us feel rushed).
My grandma left with a clear treatment plan, antibiotics, and thorough at-home instructions. I am happy to report after starting the antibiotics, she is feeling so much like herself again! She’s back at bingo with her friends living her best life.
We are so grateful for the compassionate, thorough care she received. 10/10 experience and highly recommend the PA Nicolette and the Carbon Health team

I had a very disappointing experience at this Carbon Health location. I waited a long time, and my appointment lasted less than 20 minutes. I left without receiving a treatment plan, helpful advice, or any meaningful care. I felt like my concerns were rushed and not taken seriously.
What made it even more frustrating was receiving a bill for hundreds of dollars for such a brief visit. The quality of care did not match the cost at all. I would not recommend this location.

The staff is fantastic. That said, I did not have a very good experience. I made an appointment and I showed up on time. It was 45 minutes Before I was called to a room to have my blood pressure taken. 40 more minutes before They started actually attending to me. How do I known it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours round-trip from my house, I would’ve scheduled it later in the day or the next day.
What’s the point of setting up an appointment, if I had walked in at my appointment time, it would’ve taken just as long. Something seriously wrong here.

Got a same day appointment easily! Was seem promptly and diagnosed immediately. Got a
Prescription but was also told by the doctor that I could get it generically over the counoamd save a lot of money. Friendly staff and doctor! Great experience!

I was very happy about the help I received at Carbon Health. I was having issues with my ears; they carefully assessed the situation and did a wax removal procedure. It went smoothly; the technician was gentle, explained everything and was quite thorough, taking care to make sure that every little bit of wax had been removed. The doctor came in to double check and was pleased. Then they gave me a list of audiologists to help me assess whether or not it’s time for a hearing aid. It was a good experience and I highly recommend Carbon Health in Albany CA.
