If you have a toothache yank it. If you have a broken crown yank it, if you have a loose tooth, yank it, if it’s a day of the week that ends with the letter y yank the tooth, if it’s raining, yank the tooth, if it’s sunny, yank the tooth…
They do not care in any way shape or form about you, or your teeth.
All they want to do is fill your face with holes.
The dentist is bombastic and a bully, patients have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with their own treatment.
The dentist decides what to do regardless of what the patient wishes.

I would rather go to the dentist in the movie Little shop of horrors (Steve Martin) than to go to these guys.
If you want to gum your food for the rest of your life, I would recommend this dentist’s office.
Living in Humboldt we have poor medical and dental coverage, these guys are one of the reasons. Their lack of care their lack of ability and confidence helps to make life in Humboldt county, less wonderful.
I had to give them one star because zero stars was not an option.
Neither were negative stars, go figure.

I normally never take the time to write reviews, but Jay absolutely deserves one. When I first started seeing him, I was very worried about my loose teeth and the condition of my gums. I honestly thought I might end up losing teeth. Over the last two years, Jay has worked with me patiently and carefully, and the difference has been incredible. My teeth have stayed stable, and my gums feel healthier and stronger than they ever have before.

What stands out most is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He never makes you feel judged or rushed, and he always explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He is gentle during treatment, very professional, and always makes sure you are comfortable. Going to the dentist used to make me anxious, but now I actually feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention he has given me, and I highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a hygienist who really wants the best for his patients.

I went in for emergency care with broken molars and was immediately met with condescending attitude from the receptionist, told there will be a 4+ hour wait to -maybe- be seen, which I was fine with because I understand it’s a walk in and I need care. Well, then I was given a form saying even if I’m seen they won’t do anything, gotta schedule another appointment 4+ months out. Like, maybe let people know about that when they tell you they need emergency dental care. And maybe don’t feel like it’s okay treat people like garbage because they need help and will just put up with your bullying.
