We are a few months away from our stay in Calistoga but I wanted to give a shout out to Nicole who took my call inquiring on rooms and pricing. I was looking at multiple options around Calistoga and really wanted to stretch our budget out as far as possible. After speaking with Nicole and her taking the time to walk me through looking at their websites and checking out the rooms, I decided that the level of service she provided was well worth the additional investment. Nicole was kind, patient and very thorough with recommendations and information for someone who had not even booked a room. That level of service sold me. Looking forward to our stay and hopefully enjoying a favorite beverage with Nicole and our Family during our stay.
6 cozy and modern rooms for this cute inn. Great coffee bar with great breakfast on premises. Room was right-sized, bed was comfortable, bathroom had its own heater – cozy! It’s right downtown. I used their complimentary bikes to explore around, very fun.
Cottage #5. Fireplace provides very little fame and heat. Shower valve switching between rain head and handheld non functional. There is no live TV service provided. Service to resolve lack of housekeeping and other issues was more on par of $150 a night hotel versus a $450 rate. Many problems with lock on cottage #4. There is no value provided here other than location. Do not recommend.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room are extremely well maintained and have a lot of little luxuries: heated floor in the bathroom, heated toilet seat. Cabinet in the bathroom with hair straightener. The service is Ritz-Carlton quality. All the NicoleS were super helpful and friendly. They really created a warm, relaxed, and refined environment where even are unexpressed wishes and needs were met 😉 Also the cafe serves amazing espresso drinks and some of the best Matcha lattes I’ve tasted. And they’re pet friendly.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Brannon Cottage. It was a charming Inn conveniently located in downtown Calistoga and the rooms were very well appointed with many little details to make us feel pampered. We also loved the attached little cafe where we had a nice breakfast outside. The staff were very responsive to our needs.
