My family went there for about 16 years. The management changed and we noticed the quality of the food went down just a little but, orders were often wrong or missing items on pickup, making us drive back to get them.Tonight was the last straw when I just ordered doordash. The order on the receipt was correct. The bag was sealed. When I opened it up it was missing a burger and the guy was just like “oh well. You can call doordash.”
Too bad. I like supporting local businesses but they just mess up too often.

Probably the worst experience i ever had a burger spot. 5-6 people working on a sunday and i waited 36 mins for my order and they completely forgot to cook the burger. My onion rings and fries were ready on the counter for 25 mins and if i didnt say anything it would of been even longer.
Maybe if i was white i would of got serviced faster ironically everyone behind the counter was latino.
Id rather drive to Beeps in SF 1hr away then to drive back there and order from this place. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE the kid didnt know what to do didnt know when the manager would swing by and didnt offer a refund. But he asked if i wanted a cookie like it would make things better.
Management needs to polish up that front staff idk how i was there for 30 mins and no one decided to check on my #. Did they kill the cow in the kitchen? Like god damn..
Worst experience ever.

It’s a solid burger. I got the Hot Stuff, and it was pretty good. The Curly fries were fried well, but pretty basic. The Garlic Fries were crispy and garlicky. The Milk Shake we got was really well made.
There are better burgers out there, but you won’t be let down if you choose to go here for a burger.

Your typical local burger joint. Nice spacious parking area. When I came by, it was a bit empty. Ordered their standard Blvd burger with a double patty and garlic fries. I could smell the garlic before it even came out. A good sign that it’s a legit garlic fries. Burger looked great. The patties are 1/3 lb so getting the double was a bit much. I would personally ask for extra onions. I would love to give this place 5 stars for the food but I have high standards for burgers. Still giving 5 stars overall because I had a great experience. The burger didn’t seem to have enough “beefiness”. It also felt like it was more medium-well than medium as ordered. Lastly, seemed like the burger could benefit from being salted. However, it was still a great burger. As a single, the ~$10 price felt like a great deal. The fries also seemed like a good deal at about $5. For what you get, other places would charge upwards of $8-10. Fries were ok though. Definitely enough garlic, but not quite what I’d want in fries. 100% would come here again.

Been wanting to try this place for years and the opportunity finally presented itself to stop in for a meal with my kids. Boulevard Burger did not disappoint. Despite the Burger name, it has a wide variety of other foods on the menu as you enter and work your way to the ordering station. Greeted by a friendly young lady with an actual smile and inquiry about how we were doing. The atmosphere was very nice with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating where we could watch the World Baseball Classic (Team USA vs Great Britain). Food was delicious, fresh, and good serving sizes. Had tbe opportunity to let another friendly young lady know how much I had been wanting to try their place. She was very appreciative. Will definitely be back to sample more.
