Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Had home owners cancelled and agent didn’t even know. Went to another company myself and when I asked Jason weeks later to make sure to cancel the billing (Liberty kept sending a bill for a yearly policy) he told me he did previously, stop contacting him and to Google liberty’s customer service number myself to fix as he was no longer my agent. Liberty customer service simply routes you to your agent. Finally got someone from Liberty to answer by asking for tech support and they said Jason did not cancel claim until that very day when I complained. Go elsewhere.

They made no effort to continue my policy. Homeowner’s insurance got canceled and I was not informed. I sent Jason three emails and he never responded. Now I’m paying for lender placed insurance. Thanks guys.
